Rita is a Skank Ho, too

We continue to stay busy in Louisiana. I spent about a month in Hammond working Katrina, and enjoyed the greatest hospitality from Southeastern Louisiana University while I was there. When Hurricane Rita struck, I was redeployed west to Abbeville/New Iberia, near Lafayette -- the heart of Acadiana! On days when work slows down, I have enjoyed some of the best food a man could ask for. Not much else to do out here but work, but there's plenty of that. I've even hired Jamie as my assistant in charge of scheduling, and overall productivity has improved dramatically thanks to her help.
